| We tried everything to sell, each time a contract came thru it fell apart, first the buyer was not really qualified, next the inpection was an issue, next the house did not appraise we got fed up everyone said how easy it was, it WASN'T.. he came in and boom done 21 days
Im not saying you cant sell on your own, but who needs all that..p.s. in the end even though we paid commission we still walked away with the same amount of money we planned on.. |
